Texture & Particle Size
Minimal basal root cap visible. White to Cream in Colour. Slight green and purple/pink veins may be visible. Free from foreign matter. Size 6m with tolerance 3-9cm.

Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.
Packaging
Inner – Blue tint food grade bag, sealed.
Outer – Brown food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
