The product shall be prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all toxic residues and taints. All materials used shall be of approved quality and handled under clean hygienic conditions. Adequate process control and quality assurance procedures are to be employed. The final product shall comply with all current U.K. and E.C. Food Legislation. Free from foreign matter. Colour: Green to olive green, typical of the variety. Taste & Flavour: Characteristic Consistency: firm, tender.
Texture & Particle Size
Free from foreign matter. Product is pureed to particle size <1mm frozen and into tablet form. Weight per tablet; 15-22g. Dimension Approx. Length; 5cm Width; 3cm; Height; 1.5cm
Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.
