Texture & Particle Size
Minimal basal root cap visible Light Pink Shallots with mixed White to Cream in Colour. May have slight green veins and light pink veins may be visible. Free from foreign matter. IQF Diced Pink Shallot 4-6mm.
Storage & Shelf life
Store at -18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at -20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.
Packaging
Inner – Blue tint food grade bag.
Outer – Brown food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
