Bright yellow 10mm dices of pepper, slight variation in the shades of yellow within the cuts. Characteristics of fresh bell peppers, aromatic, vegetal and grassy. No off taints. Yellow pepper, sweet, not bitter, with a slight citrus flavour.

Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.

Inner – Blue tint food grade bag.
Outer – Brown food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
