Typical lemon grass odour. No off odours. Sliced firm stem only, there should be no sliced leaf used for the milled product
Texture & Particle Size
Particle size 1-2 mm. Product may look block frozen but should break up easy with minimum force.
Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.
Packaging
Inner – Blue tint food grade bag, sealed or folded (depends on customer requirement)
Outer – White food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
