Organoleptic
Product will have flavour typical for lime. Colour to be typically light green/yellow to yellow as fresh product, with minimal discolouration. Particle size 1-2mm. Colour to be typically light green/yellow, creamy light beige. The product shall be prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all toxic residues and taints. The final product shall comply with all current U.K and E.U Food Legislation. Contamination of any kind will NOT be acceptable; this includes – chemicals, metal, insects, insect parts or chrysalids, grit, soil, or stones.
Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery
Packaging
Inner – Blue tint food grade bag, sealed.
Outer – Brown food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
