IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) whole raspberries are raspberries that are frozen individually shortly after harvesting to preserve their natural flavour, vibrant colour and nutritional value. Each berry remains separate, making them easy to portion and ideal for food manufacturers, bakeries and commercial kitchens.

IQF whole raspberries provide several commercial advantages over fresh fruit, including:

  • Available all year round
  • Longer shelf life
  • Consistent quality and flavour
  • Reduced food waste
  • Easy portion control
