The product shall be prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all toxic residues and taints.
Texture & Particle Size
Whole, De-stalked, 40-140MM diameter 5-15MM, shape should be slender
Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery.Â
Packaging
Inner – Blue tint food grade bag, sealed.
Outer – Brown food grade box, printed with supplier information. Self-adhesive blue tape closure.
