Product Properties
Flavour – Characteristics flavour of Finger chilli, free from off odours and flavours
Colour – Typical green colored fresh product with minimal discolouration
Taste – Characteristic spicy taste of Finger Chilli
Size / Shape – 15-20mm length, diameter 5-15mm, shape should be slender
Storage & Shelf life
Store at –18°C. or below, ideal storage should be at –20°C. Avoid storage with strongly flavoured materials, or with materials that absorb flavours readily. Shelf Life at these temperatures is 24 months. Minimum 6 months on delivery. Once opened, the remaining material should be returned to cold storage of –18°C (or below) as soon as possible in order to retain product quality.
Packaging
Inner / Outer – Final Packing will be in Blue coloured Food Grade LDPE polyliner as primary packing & finally in brown corrugated box as secondary packaging with 8 KG SKU. Label with product description and all details will be available at side of box
