In August last year the whole of Frucom’s team worked towards the BRC accreditation for agents and brokers. We are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved it!
The BRC Standard ensures our customers have confidence in our operational services and supply chain management. Frucom Foods Limited promotes best practice on product safety, quality and the operational criteria required to fulfil obligations with regards to legal compliance and consumer protection.
Our senior management team committed to the implementation of the standard and continual development. We developed a product safety and quality plan covering the services and operations. This is based on the principles of hazard and risk analysis (HACCP) which is fully implemented and maintained. A risk-based approach is used to ensure that products and services are only sourced from approved manufacturers, following agreed specifications, with a traceable and transparent supply chain. We will strive to maintain and develop the above systems to ensure our food safety standards are kept to the highest quality.
Our employees are adequately trained and instructed and are demonstrably competent to carry out their activities.
